Neo-Industria is a 4-star smart hotel that reinterprets the industrial legacy of Prague’s Florenc district. Its massing ans shaping grows from a solid base gradually to a lighter top, echoing the nearby Žižkov hillside. A large trapezoidal passage, inspired by warehouse and rail geometries, cuts through the building to connect a new plaza with an elevated walkway. Inside, daylight-filled atriums, raw materials, and industrial forms are balanced with smart systems, art, and sustainable strategies.
