Orthodox center Milovice

The aim of the project was to create a secluded haven for the Orthodox community with a cozy and safe atmosphere. The complex includes a church, a community center and a priest's apartment. The entire complex is bordered by a perforated wall with Orthodox ornaments. On the east side, it has a cross-shaped opening through which the sun shines into the interior of the church during morning services. Light-colored exterior plaster and wood were used as facade materials to create a light effect against the perforated wall. The object of the sacral building is emphasized both in height and by a sloping roof with a skylight.
