PALÁC OTAKAROVA

Annotation
The new building stands where used to be emptiness, and now the place finally has meaning. It doesn’t draw attention—it quietly fits into the street, as if it had always belonged there.
The ground floor includes shops, parcel lockers, and a direct entrance to the new metro lobby. The second floor is for people—a coworking space, a room for yoga and talks, a place for small events. It feels open, almost like a public living room.
The apartments above have balconies facing a green courtyard—no loud noise, just the rustling of leaves. And at the very top, there’s a shared terrace. Not flashy, just simple—a few benches, planters, a view over the rooftops on bycoming trains and Grebovka park.
A quiet house that makes sense.
