The project presents an urban vision for the area after the relocation of AC Sparta Praha and the demolition of Epet Arena. The new design combines quality urban housing with sports functions in an attractive part of Prague. The area is divided into a northern part with block development adjacent to the existing city and a southern part with sports areas and public space. The southern edge is enclosed by a higher residential development with an active ground floor, which also protects the sports complex from traffic. The proposal harmoniously combines residential, sport and civic functions and brings a new quality to the urban structure.
