The project focuses on an area between the center of Přeštice and newly planned peripheries—currently lacking structure, orientation, and pedestrian flow. The proposal activates underused public spaces near housing blocks, introduces new pedestrian links, and enhances inner courtyards. It aims to create a clear and livable urban layer that connects diverse parts of the city and supports everyday life.
