The bachelor thesis presents the design of a mixed-use residential building Rezidence Zlatá hráz in Prague 8, Libeň. The building has one underground and four above-ground floors; the ground floor accommodates a café and a yoga studio, while the upper floors contain 18 residential units. The structural system consists of monolithic reinforced concrete founded on a waterproof “white tank” foundation slab, with a flat green roof. The project emphasizes energy efficiency and sustainability through the use of a ground-source heat pump, rainwater management, and a vegetated roof. The design respects urban regulations and meets requirements for accessibility, acoustics, and fire safety. The thesis includes complete architectural and technical documentation at the level of building permit design.
