The new residential development in Prague’s Podbaba district offers modern living closely connected to an active urban lifestyle. The ground floors of the buildings are animated by shops, cafés, and small services that naturally extend into a public promenade. This promenade forms a welcoming urban space for social interaction, relaxation, and everyday movement toward public transport. The area represents a major transportation hub in the northern part of Prague.
