The residential building is located at the intersection of Mečislavova and Ctiradova streets, acting as a gateway to the inner courtyard. Its form is derived from the geometry of the surrounding buildings, allowing for a dynamic articulation of the façade.
The ground floor includes commercial spaces that enliven the courtyard, featuring a split-level music instrument shop with rehearsal rooms and recording studios. The residential part consists of two floors of student housing and two floors of family apartments, most of which have balconies. The regular apartment layouts contrast with the irregular floor plan expressed in the public circulation. The top floor offers a roof terrace serving as a communal meeting space.
