SWItch

SWItch is a new apartment building in Letňany, right by the future high-speed train station. I designed it as a coliving space for active people who want a balance between their own privacy and a sense of community. The building brings together two different worlds with different ceiling heights (3m and 4.5m) that meet in the heart of the house – a central atrium on the main staircase. This is where you "switch" from the quiet of your apartment to the energy of the shared areas. You’ll find everything here: from cozy hallways to a lively ground floor with a coworking space, yoga studio, and a big common room with a kitchen and pool table. SWITCH is a meeting point for those who don’t want a boring apartment or a student dorm, but a place where different lifestyles naturally come together.
