The former boiler house is now used by an association of enthusiasts who repair historic trains using traditional methods. Thanks to them, the building has survived. The southern part of the boiler house, leased to another entity, is now in a state of disrepair. Thanks to the association, the craft itself survives beyond the buildings themselves. We are preserving the listed building, its purpose, and character in accordance with the National Heritage Institute. This determines the basic groups of visitors to this complex. The first are experts, i.e., members of the association and apprentices from a nearby vocational school, for whom the complex has been expanded to include teaching workshops.
