Bistroblock

Bistroblock consists of two independent buildings positioned along the site boundary in a gap site opposite Ponec Theatre in Prague’s Karlín district, near Kasárna Karlín, the Army Museum and the Vítkov Memorial. Together they define a calm oval inner courtyard functioning as a small urban square for rest and social interaction. The ground floor hosts small kiosks, food stands and craft workshops oriented toward the courtyard. The buildings are unified by a shared roof and a covered entrance from the corner of Trocnovská and Husitská streets, leading directly into the inner block.
