Development plan - Bohdalec

Bohdalec does not stand in the background of Prague, but above it. It serves as a natural horizon, a fixed point in the landscape of Vršovice and Michle, which carries within itself the memory of the periphery and the ambition of a new center. The regulatory plan here does not strive for dictation, but for a dialogue with the existing development, pointing to the history of the place. It is an effort to tame the rawness of the old warehouses and tracks into the form of an urban structure that does not close in on itself, but opens up to views. Bohdalec should no longer be just a place where you drive through, but a place where Prague breathes in a new direction.
