Located on Kozí Street at the edge of the Old Town, this senior home represents a sensitive waterfront intervention near St. Agnes Convent and Na Františku Hospital. The urban design transforms the complex street alignment into an articulated semi-block centered around a cloister-like courtyard. The massing respects the sloping terrain through stepped building wings. Two river-facing wings accommodate residents, while a separate southern wing houses nurses' apartments and a sunken sports hall. The facade, defined by earthy tones, yellow accents, and a grid of portals, harmonizes with the waterfront context to create a dignified and welcoming environment for the elderly.
