Exhibition of Studio Projects

Annotation

The former Orionka tram depot is transformed into a cultural venue hosting a digital and light art gallery, a large exhibition hall and a night club. The project is structured around a clear separation between day and night uses, spatially and programmatically, with vertical circulation concentrated in an intermediate zone between the two. While the historic exterior is restored and preserved, the interior undergoes a radical transformation, creating immersive spaces adapted to contemporary artistic practices. The contrast between exterior and interior is intentional: the building reveals nothing of its new function from the outside. Only a new descending ramp marks the entrance, acting as a discreet signal within the urban fabric.
