Pedestrians don’t stand a chance here. In time, residential development will rise on the nearby brownfields. And yet the close proximity to the water is such a huge advantage! So let's discover this place before it gets overshadowed by construction cranes? With minimal costs, adaptable solutions, and above all speed, this area could be transformed beyond recognition. In the proposal, I explore several themes that could make that happen. Maybe only for a while — but that’s enough! And who knows, perhaps these interventions might one day evolve into something permanent. So sit back, get comfortable — and WATCH!
