The corner plot

Annotation

The project sensitively complements the historic core of the town. The new building responds to its surroundings through scale, orientation, and a finely articulated façade based on medieval parcelation. Narrow volumes with slightly different tones create a natural, lively character, unified by contemporary cornices. A plinth tied into the slope anchors the house in the terrain. Two shops activate the street at ground level, while four modest, high‑quality apartments occupy the upper floors. The building respects the rhythm of the street and brings a contemporary expression that enriches life in the city center.
