Letňany Node

The project focuses on the design and coordination of a residential block in a new urban district between Letňany and Ďáblice, building upon the urban study by UNIT architekti that incorporates a high-speed rail terminal. The block is located along the main pedestrian boulevard at the interface between the new development and the existing urban fabric, forming a significant city-shaping element. The proposal includes a permeable inner courtyard that combines sports, recreational, and community spaces with a central community house. The project further comprises the design of three residential buildings: a baugruppe housing project, a student-oriented co-living building, and a municipal housing building for teachers.
