The Na Františku Sports Field lies in the middle of Prague's Old Town as a small paradise of local life in the heart of the city, popular with locals especially during the winter when it turns into a public ice rink. The project of student housing supplements the playing ground with indoor sports facilities, while bringing new residents into the tourist-oriented district of Prague. In the immediate vicinity of the Convent of St. Agnes, a new multi-purpose centre of the neighbourhood emerges, respecting the historical environment.
