TWO-LOG GAME

The project on Kozí Street in the historic centre of the Old Town, adjacent to the Na Františku Hospital, responds to the need to restore everyday urban life to the city centre. It provides affordable housing for healthcare workers. The core concept is the interplay of two residential blocks that share a similar façade rhythm and architectural expression, yet differ in their relationship to the surroundings and in atmosphere. Both blocks offer comfortable living and foster social interaction and community life. The project respects the scale and character of the historic context while using contemporary architecture to create pleasant, accessible, and well-integrated urban housing.
