The project area is understood as a natural termination of the Dejvice urban axis, which at this point becomes looser and loses its clearly defined urban character. The proposal responds to this situation by seeking to re-articulate the importance of the place and to create a legible urban space with a clear focal point. A key principle is the work with Jugoslávských partyzánů Street, whose street frontage is currently predominantly linear and lacks a more pronounced public space. By shifting the proposed development out of the original street axis, a new square is created, functioning as a transitional space between the busy urban avenue and the quieter parts of the area.
