We used to be part of a comunity, we used to belong to a location and the people that are in it. With the advent of modernism and the change of how we organize the cities this has been lost. the goal of THE TIME LINE is to try to recreate a neigorhood that is still has those characteristics by making sure that at any point of the day someone is living it, this is achived by having Commmercial, Offices, and Residential spaces all in one area allowing the comunity to explore and use its different connections for the residents and workers that brings them to the services in the area without having to pass for the commercial area .
