Today, the place is only passed through. The project transforms it into a space where people stay. It functions as part of a "patch" for the incomplete block on Mečislavova Street. The design includes a main residential building, which is connected to a "village" composed of maisonette residential towers. The ground floor features a passage that crosses the inner block and defines public and semi-public spaces. Part of the eastern building’s mass is a shared outdoor staircase, from which walkways lead all the way to the last tower. On the ground floor of the mother building, a bakery faces the street, while a private sector conceals a flat to the west. Two towers serve the passage with a café and wine shop. The design is marked by extensive glazing and verticality.
