USTÍ CRESCENT

The monumental palace is designed in a semicircular ground plan with strongly accentuated horizontal lines formed by loggias. Its goal is to become a clear urban dominant building in the Krásná Březno district of Ústí nad Labem, clearly defining itself against the fragmented surrounding development, and at the same time aiming towards the spatial and visual integration of the city as a whole. The outer facade is designed on the principle of long loggias, the main purpose of the loggias is to create a distinct horizontal line that visually unifies the entire volume of the palace.
