Ferra High School

The project involves the transformation of the Ferona industrial hall in Holešovice into a contemporary educational institution, where the historic structure becomes an active carrier of new functions. The architecture works with the principle of openness, fluidity of space, and legibility of the original structure, which is complemented by new layers responding to the needs of a modern high school. The central hall is not merely a passageway, but a social space for the school, supporting informal meetings and the everyday life of students. The new gym in the courtyard sensitively complements the complex and expands its use to the public.
