PLATFORM HOUSE

The Platform House is located in direct connection to the railway platform, naturally responding to the intensity of passenger movement and supporting the site’s everyday activity. The building has five above-ground floors. The ground floor contains a commercial plinth with retail spaces. Typical floors include smaller apartments intended for standard housing. The fifth floor is set back and offers two larger, more luxurious apartments. All residential units are complemented by terraces that extend the living space and provide views of the Vltava River and the surrounding landscape. The staircase is located on the south-west façade. The façade is predominantly brick, referencing the character of the surrounding development and contributing to the building’s integration into its context.
