CELADON

The residential building is located in the Podbaba district of Prague, close to the railway and station. The five-story structure responds to the challenging site conditions, particularly noise and traffic. The building is divided into a concrete base with apartments and a cantilevered steel structure with balconies and galleries, forming the main spatial feature. Each apartment has a private outdoor space facing the Vltava River, with views of Bohnice and Baba ruins. Apartments range from 1+kk to 3+kk. The ground floor houses commercial spaces accessible from the platform, upper floors are residential, and the roof serves as a communal terrace.
