ROHAN

The residential building project is located in the wider centre of Prague, on Rohanský Island in Karlín, close to the Vltava River. The building is part of block D.I, composed of four apartment buildings forming a compact urban block with a shared inner courtyard for residents. The structure is positioned along a busy road and is functionally divided into three separate volumes, each with its own entrance and circulation core. While the street façade distinguishes the buildings through colour and window rhythm, the courtyard side reads as a unified whole with long loggias facing a calm inner space. The building has seven above-ground and two underground floors, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and apartments ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk on the upper levels.
