The design redefines work-life balance by stacking workspaces directly above a school, allowing parents to easily join their kids for lunch or pickups. Below, a shared sports complex featuring basketball, bouldering, and gyms rotates between student and public use to serve the community. Responding to Shenzhen’s microclimate, the geometry maximizes natural light while preventing overheating. The facade features vertical lamellas and integrated green spaces to optimize energy efficiency and actively mitigate the urban heat island effect.
