D 1+2+3+4

Unlike the existing structure, the proposed Building “D” is positioned perpendicular to Kolejní and Bílá streets, reconnecting two previously separated areas and creating a new public space within the campus. Kolejní Street becomes a pedestrian zone, opening space for movement and daily activity. The program is divided into four volumes linked by a large bridge, giving the complex the character of a small district rather than a single building. The structural system consists of a modular reinforced-concrete frame with post-tensioned beams spanning large-scale halls. All buildings use a three-bay layout organized around a central public hall, illuminated by atria and roof skylights that bring daylight deep into the interior.
