A plot for which I designed the building is located in the southern part of Prague. The target group is middle social class, moreover there are apartments for individual living, for a pair and for a family of three.
The goal of the project isn’t to design a common residential building intended only for housing, but to create a space providing comfortable living in it. In my opinion, it is often happens, that residents of tower blocks even don’t knows their closest neighbors. That is why the support of neighborly relations has become a fundamental intention for me. So, I designed a large roof terrace with gazebos, where neighbors can meet each other, spend time together and relax. In addition, the area also allows barbecues, yoga exercises and growing plants in winter gardens.
