Bearable lightness

On the venue of the last vacant plots in Prague, I propose functions that are missing in the city center. A gallery of contemporary art and city rental apartments for people who would not otherwise be able to afford housing here. Two disparate houses are connected by the Rose Garden, which retains its wild character through the preservation of the original trees and remains a green oasis in the city center.
