The multifunctional house fill the corner gap , which is located between Na Zátorách street and Pražský okruh. It complements the street line and connects to the surrounding buildings.
The house consists of two parts, a street part and a wing to the courtyard. This is a reaction to the topic of the assignment - density. Economic yield. Urbanity.
