RUBUS IDEAUS

The subject of the proposal is the completion of the block on the territory of the Prague 5 district in Smíchov. The building is located on the corner between V Botanice and Štefánikova streets, where it complements the western part of the block. The proposal consists of two parts. In the first case, it is an administrative building with a ground floor dedicated to commerce, which continues with five administrative floors with a variable layout. The second adjoining part, along V Botanice Street, has fourteen apartments with a facade facing both to the north to V Botanice Street and to the south to a quiet green courtyard. Parking is solved here by two floors of underground garages, shared with the building on the east side of the block.
