RENTAL APARTMENTS

The task was to create cheap urban rental housing for young people. The proposed house is located in Palmovka in the eastern part of the so-called pentagon, where it borders Zenklova Street. The plot has a size of 17 x 24.2m. The building has a total of 8 floors above ground and 2 underground, which serve as common underground garages. The target group for the building are people aged 25 to 40, young families, couples, individuals and people working nearby.
