Annotation
Baugruppe - a so far unique builder (association) in the Czech Republic, will be involved in the transformation of the current brownfield into a modern city district. In addition to an active ground floor with a bakery, the draft will enrich the site with student community housing and a scout clubhouse, usable for exhibitions, author readings and other cultural events.
