FAMILY HOUSE IN PYTLÍKOV

The newly built family house is designed from the street as a composition of several masses. The main mass of the family house has two floors to the street. The gradation of the masses is provided by a garage in the foreground and a highlighted horizontal ledge of the roof of the entrance. From the garden side, the building is designed in masses, starting with the covered terrace, the volume of the living room and the recessed second floor. The entrance opens through the hall into the dining room connected to the kitchen and living area. The parents' bedroom is located on the ground floor, the children's rooms are on the first floor. There is a unique view of the panorama of the Bohemian Central Mountains from all living rooms.
