Apartment building Laterem

Our assignment was to design a new center with urban housing, which extends over the territory of today's Nové Dvory, where the construction of a new metro station D is planned. My plot is located in the south-eastern part of the planned block, where the subway exhaust will pass through my plot, for this reason, my parcel belongs to the city. My goal was to design a modern rental apartment building taking into account the surrounding regulations and the requirements of the investor, which is the capital city of Prague.
