The Residential building Na Františku, Prague 1

The residential building is situated on a flat plot in the Old Town of Prague between the hospital Na Františku and the the Convent of st. Agnes. It is a four floor building with 24 apartments. The ground floor can be used as a commercial space. Under the building is an underground garage and the technical room. The layout of the apartments is designed according to the north and south view. The view to the north is more beautiful and for this reason are on the north side of the building many large balconies.
