HOUSE NUMBER 546/14
Annotation
The house stands in a gap, filling a narrow and long plot next to a small butcher's shop. It is quite modest towards the street and can be passed through to the courtyard. There it gets around a tree and communicates with the neighbouring plot where a communal garden is created. It is formed of three volumes, one facing the street, one facing the courtyard and the third linking them together.
It attempts to embrace on a some of the needs that are lacking in the area. There is a bar on the ground floor facing the street. Above the bar are four floors of shared or private office and studio spaces. On the last two floors, two apartments are created. A children's group is located on the ground floor facing the courtyard. On the upper floors, there are three-bedroom apartments.
