Žižkov double block

Between the two Žižkov hills I am designing double block. A café and a cultural hall are located along the main street. The cafe has an entrance from the busier Hartigova Street and its space flows further onto a spacious terrace, which has stairs because of the sloping terrain. In the second part of the building there is a multifunctional hall. The entrance to the hall is from the street between the designed blocks. In the other part of the plot is the courtyard of a more private character. The inner backyard is bordered on one side by a shared housing building. The remaining buildings of the double block are five or six stories high and are used for living. Most of the ground floor is used for commercial functions. Parking for residents is arranged under both blocks in the garages.
