New centre of Marianske Lazne

We are located in the centre of Marianske Lazne. The city of spas, singing fountain and healing springs. The parcel is located in the northern part of the town, near the park, the square and along the main colonnade. On the solved parcel I propose a High School of Physiotherapy and student housing. I am proposing two masses based on the historic Tepelský dům-Krym block. The aim of the project is to give new life to the parcel and attract the young generation to the city!
