9 HOUSES | TERRACED HOUSES

The goal of the project was to verify the functionality of the newly created regulatory plan of the city of Jihlava. Together, we designed 9 terraced houses that sensitively connect the existing development of family houses with the newly emerging district of apartment buildings. The street is created generously, boldly and with an emphasis on enough public space for sports, walks and for children playing. The street is dominated by three different variants of terraced houses, which, however, have common elements.
