The house adjoins the original development with humility, keeping the height level with it and not disturbing it in any way. The house has distinctive buttresses and slightly receding balconies, which, with their articulation, accentuate the character corner house. The interior is characterised by a concrete load-bearing structure, which shapes all the spaces of the house in cooperation with the tiles in the semi-private spaces and the wood in the apartments.
