Two faces

The project is base on the urban study by UNIT architects, which focuses on the new western part of Jihlava - Buková. The planned plot is located in a block near the future main square. The land on which the plot is located belongs to the city of Jihlava, so my intention was to design minimal urban rental housing for the widest possible group of residents. This group consists of families with children, couples and individuals. The goal was to create an apartment building where the minimum spatial standard prevails, but also a house that provides a high social standard. It offers potential residents flexibility, outdoor and indoor communal spaces and therefore a high standard of living. The building also offers starter housing for students or young people in the form of community flats.
