Annotation
The area in question is a kind of enclave of the periphery located at the very edge of the beam of block development stretching along Plzeňská Street from Smíchov.
The morphological limit is the rising northern slope. The urban limit is Vrchlického Street. These limits define the area currently built up with worthless suburban development in the form of two car dealerships and one parking house.
Instead of treating the site as a tabula rasa, I have chosen to incorporate the existing development into the new unit. I compost the suburban junkspace and conceive of the added layer as a collection of mushrooms growing out of the subsoil of the existing houses.
