Office Building Pankrác

The Pankrác coach house stood here together with the Pankrác prison as the very first building on the green field. Today, however, the immediate surroundings are dominated by the highway, which is a significant barrier in the public space. In the proposal, we first dealt with the "transformation of the highway" and the modification of the tram line with a new entrance to the depot. It was above the new entrance to the depot that the administrative building was designed. Urbanism follows both directions of development. Both the street line and the direction of the depot. The entire mass originates from the maximum possible built-up area along the former bus garages and gradually recedes on the floors. The entire building is connected by an atrium.
