The apartment building is part of a proposed complex connecting Ostrava - Karolín's center with Dolné Vítkovice's industrial area. Its unique design features rectangular masses gradually removed from a main rectangle, forming spaces for communal roof gardens accessible to all residents. Common areas are designated for socializing and cooking. Ground floor apartments also boast front gardens. These green spaces transform the building into a welcoming environment, fostering community among residents and providing relaxation spots.
