TRUSS

The roof of a granary from the 18th century, the Prince's yard in Postoloprty. A study of the roof truss, which is dilapidated in one half, was carried out in the studio and efforts are being made to preserve it. The truss is two-storeyed and consists of "plné vazby", "jalové vazby" and "ondřejské kříže" on two levels. The "plná vazba" are composed of twin "hambálek", "věšadlo" and "šikmý sloupek" and the "jalové vazby" is composed of rafters and "hambálky".
