The new apartment building and the square are located in Zenklova Street on the site of the existing parking lot. Its the center of one of the three new city parts. The aim of the design was to create a pleasant environment and to revitalize the site, which currently serves mainly as a transport hub. The square is directly connected to the newly designed tram and bus stop, which is intended to entice residents to use public transport. With this aim in mind, a pedestrian zone has been created along the entire western side of the square, which is only accessible by public transport, bringing visitors directly into the center of the action.
