Regulatory plan Dolní Počernice

The area under consideration is located in the cadastre of Dolní Počernice, within the territory of the municipal part of Prague - Dolní Počernice. It consists of undeveloped plots along Českobrotská Street. Currently, the land is used for agricultural purposes. The entire newly proposed section is adjacent to the developed southern part of the settlement. The zoning plan is incorporated based on an urbanistic study, which is part of the justification. The validity of the zoning plan is contingent on a change in the land use plan. The proposal for the change in the land use plan is a separate annex to this zoning plan.
